IPM Named Funds
The Paul Danheim Nelson Fund
In 2005, Paul established The Paul Danheim Nelson Fund for IPM operations. This fund will be invested with IPM and will provide an interest return on an annual basis for the operations of IPM. A gift and partnership with IPM like this allows Paul to continue supporting IPM in perpetuity. Gifts like Paul's allow IPM to exist on a daily basis and in turn, work with our many Project Partners throughout the world. Paul passed away on September 10, 2007. His passing was a profound loss for the IPM Family, but the tremendous impact of his support of and belief in IPM will continue to shape our organization.
"I feel it is important to support IPM as a whole entity--that my donations go to support whatever the organization needs. I am confident that it will be put to good use because I know that the organization gets an incredible amount done with a small amount of resources."
-Paul Nelson reflecting on his commitment to IPM's endowment
"Paul is a remarkable man of faith who worked hard his whole life and always made philanthropy a priority, as is his challenge now to the IPM Family. We are profoundly grateful for this commitment from Paul and know that it is support like this that will allow IPM to continue to live out our mission in the world."
-Joseph F. Cistone, IPM Executive Director
