Ana Greig, a Markyknoll Lay Missioner, works in IPM's Programma de Soya San Roman in Mejicanos, EL SALVADOR. The program is a soy cooperative that teaches women in the community to use high protein soy products in their families' diets. Ana, a former Peace Corps Volunteer, has served as a Maryknoll Lay Missioner in El Salvador and Peru for a combined total of twenty-three years and served over 8,500 people. Ana's long-standing involvement with IPM began as a Project Coordinator followed by participation on IPM's Latin America & Caribbean Advisory Council, and membership on the Board of Directors in 2008.
