Elizabeth Reichard Sims lives in Brooklyn, New York. Libby is an attorney and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP. She also serves as the Secretary for the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of the Holy Cross and earned her law degree from Case Western Reserve University. Libby has been involved with IPM in various capacities for many years.
