International Board of Directors

Caroline Mills resides in Ft. Washakie, Wyoming. She is the Director of the Ft. Washakie Learning Center, an IPM’s Project Partner. Caroline earned her Bachelor Degree from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, and her Master of Arts Degree from the University of Wyoming. She has spent many years working in education for the Shoshone Tribe, including teaching high school social studies and working as the Higher Education Director for the Shoshone Tribe. Caroline’s long- standing involvement with IPM started as a Project Coordinator and progressed to membership on the Board of Directors.
