Sharon Milligan is a Cleveland resident. Sharon is an Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Milligan has a very extensive educational background including a Bachelor Degree from Spelman College, three Master’s Degrees (Social Work, Science, and Public Health) and a Doctorate of Philosophy. Sharon is highly involved in her community and is a contributor to many scholarly articles in professional journals. Sharon has been deeply involved with IPM for over five years; she served as IPM’s Board Chair form 2004-2006.
